Paulson - Profitable Molding for Managers

MOLDING 360

This is an intensive, three-day injection molding processing course designed to enhance skills and provide the tools required to maximize quality, productivity, and profitability.  Students will be taught to develop a process through use of scientific molding concepts.  Classroom learning is combined with hands-on learning at the machine.  This is an advanced level course and students are expected to already have a basic understanding of the injection molding process. PNA - V70 CONTROLLER CLASS

PNA - EC MAINTENANCE CLASS

V70 CONTROLLER

SEPRO - LEVEL 1

BASIC PROCESSING 101
Location: Chicago Training Center
Start Date: 02/25/2020 End Date: 02/26/2020 Fees: $350.00
The 1-1/2 day class is designed for new technicians to the molding industry who need a basic understanding of the operations of a molding machine and how to set and prep a tool for production.  We will then review how to set up the machine for processing this particular tool and understanding of how pressure and speeds affect the final part.  We will be using an All-Electric  Shibaura (formerly Toshiba) machine in conjunction with classroom training.   Click  here to download the class synopsis

ADVANCED PROCESSING 102
