Engineering Support
designs new programs for your machineToshiba machines are fully programmable and our electrical engineers located in the U.S. can quickly and efficiently design new programs for your machine for a new process. Our field services department will then quickly reprogram your machine on site.
Spare And Replacement Parts
as close and convenient as your telephoneTo minimize your risk of production stoppage or excess maintenance downtime, Toshiba Machine maintains a multi-million dollar inventory of parts in our Chicago area headquarters. Most parts can be shipped the same day you place your order for delivery the next morning via overnight service, or same day counter to counter service if required. We can also help you establish a spare parts inventory to assure immediate availability of those parts needed for regular and scheduled maintenance.
Training
helps to build the skills and confidence of your workforceWe offer a variety of training programs monthly at our North American Tech-Centers, and we offer customized, on-site training, as well. All courses include a balanced mix of classroom presentations, machine demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
* Processing course. Designed to improve molding skill levels of advanced operators. Topics covered include injection profiling, optional equipment, machine controls, injection molding and vent-type injection molding, safety, trouble-shooting, clamp force procedures, and technical updates.
*Maintenance course. Designed to promote quality machine maintenance practices and assure minimal down time. All aspects of Toshiba machines are covered including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical circuitry, hydraulic and electrical components, diagrams, system diagnostics and trouble-shooting.
