SR-1504HZ Robotic Palletizer Boasts Revolutionary Payload Capability
The revolutionary payload capability, combined with an arm length reaching between 1050 and 1950 mm (based on customer specifications), make the SR-1504HZ ideal for palletizing large, heavy workpieces. Highly rigid, this arm allows for long-term operation. An elevation mechanism optimizes the range of the robot's working envelope. Included among Toshiba Machine's successful line of SCARA Series of robots, the SR-1504HZ features an absolute position detecting system as standard. With this system, no zero return is necessary, and accuracy to within +0.2mm is achieved.

The mechanical movements of the SR-1504HZ, and all SCARA robots are controlled with Toshiba Machine's own advanced digital servo motors, amplifiers and motion controllers.
The SR-1504HZ features Toshiba Machine's high performance SR7000L controller. It allows simultaneous five-axis control, and is capable of integrating quickly with other industrial automation equipment. What's more, this 32-bit controller can simultaneously process input and output signals during robot motion. The SR7000L features PTP, short cut and linear interpolation and circular interpolation motion modes. Total memory capacity is 6,400 points (12,800 steps), while a multitask function allows for a maximum of four tasks.
