| The wheel spindle incorporates our specially designed super-precision aerostatic bearing to realize high- accuracy spindle revolution. Additionally, the machine table uses our special precision roller bearing to assure high accuracy and high rigidity under allowable eccentric load. The machine is equipped with a large-diameter (380mm dia.) vacuum chuck table to allow machining of large-size workpieces and a large number of workpieces per lot. All-out space saving is achieved to reduce the running cost of constant- temperature workshop. An optional wheel contact detection function can shorten the cycle time. Data entry is easy if the optional interactive macro program is used. An automatic machining operation is also a possiblity. |
