Aerostatic Guideway:
This guideway assures high geometric accuracy of motion by an air film guideway between bearings. It has high envirionment-friendly features, such as low coefficient of friction, long life, supply of clean air, non metallic contact. As rigidity and load capacity are small, compared with bearings of other types, it is used for equipment and measuring machine with load fluctuation.
 

Precision molding press technology:
Thanks to uniform heating by infrared radiation, precise positioning of molding die, control of press force and high-precision die milling technology, molding press without hand-finishing such as polishing of high-precision glass parts including lens, becomes possible.
