High-precision NC slicing machine
model USM-20A

Best suited for high-precision machining of brittle materials such as magnetic head and fine ceramics.
  • A high-precision cylindrical aerostatic spindle made of special material is used for the wheel spindle.
  • A high rigidity and high accuracy V-V slide guideway is employed for the table.
  • Multiblade grinding under heavy load is possible.
  • The auto alignment function including image processing is available optionally.


     

  •   High-precision horizontal surface grinder
    model UHG-130C

    This is the high performance machine realizing high-precision grinding by synergistic effect of a horizontal structure with less thermal displacement and a highly rigid precision spindle.
  • A high-precision aerostatic spindle is used for each of the work spindle and wheel spindle.
  • A non-circulation type V-V roller guideway is employed for infeed.
  • Data entry is easy through the machine control unit, using an interactive macro program.
  • Best suited for finish-grinding brittle materials and reducing the lapping time.
  •   High-precision vertical surface grinder
    model UVG-380B

    This is the vertical rotary surface grinder with enhanced accuracy and rigidity, which is intended for grinding large-diameter and multiple workpieces.
  • A high-precision aerostatic bearing is used for the wheel spindle.
  • A precision roller bearing used for the rotary table assures high rigidity even under bias load.
  • The large diameter (380 cm) vacuum chuck table allows grinding of large-diameter and multiple workpieces.
  • The wheel contact detection function and interactive macro programming function are provided optionally.
