CUSTOMER TRAINING 

Toshiba Machine Co., America is pleased to announce the schedule of training classes for the second half of the Year 2008.  The classes listed below will be held in the Illinois, California and New Jersey Technical Centers. The 2008 training schedule is as follows:

2008 REGISTRATION  

Place reservations ahead of time, first come first served.  Each class will be limited to twenty-five (25) trainees for maintenance and processing classes.  After reservations are made, please return your registration form with your check in advance.  You may FAX your registration with Purchase Order to (909) 923-7258.   Final class determination will be made ten (10) working days prior to the class start date.  After this date, we will not accept any further registrations or cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel training classes for any reason at least five (5) days in advance.

FEES:

    HYDRAULIC MAINTENANCE               - $450.00 per person for three (3) days
    EC MAINTENANCE - $450.00 Per person for three (3) days
    PROCESS COURSE - $450.00 per person for three (3) days
    REMOTE COURSE   - $550.00 per person for three (3) days

    Classes are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

    Hydraulic Maintenance

     

HYDRAULIC MAINTENANCE CLASS SYNOPSIS: This covers mechanical, electrical and hydraulic aspects of the machine. Machine models addressed in this class are ISEN, ISF & ISG.

EC MAINTENANCE CLASS SYNOPSIS:  This covers electrical aspects and features for the Electric Machines.  Also, discussed is troubleshooting using alarm codes and inspection of machine.

PROCESSING / CONTROLLER: This course is oriented towards helping the students understand how to use the V-10 / V-21 controller for the Electric and Hydraulic machines and to improve their processes. Also discussed will be molding fundamentals, problems and how to alleviate them. We also try to address commonly asked questions about machine design, etc.

    V-21/V-30 PROCESSING/ CONTROLLER: This course is oriented towards helping the students understand how to use the V-21 / V-30 Controller for the Electronic Machines and to improve their processes. Also discussed will be molding fundamentals, problems and how to alleviate them.  

The above list is for scheduled classes only and will be updated every six months. All participants must be registered at least two (2) weeks prior to the class starting date.  All class registration forms must include a purchase order and a hard copy faxed to the Tech Center. Registration will not be entered unless a hard copy is received.  Customers who have “pre-paid’ for training with the purchase of a machine, proof of “prepaid” training must be provided along with a purchase order.  The purchase order will be returned or shredded after attendance has been guaranteed.  Class registration is on a first come, first served basis.  We reserve the right to cancel training classes for any reason at least five (5) days in advance.
