High speed, high cycle molding
A specially designed servo motor provides for
high cycle, high speed molding (50% to 75% faster injection rates).

Total machine system integration
Through the use of separate motors for each
processing function, there is a total integration of advanced mechanical
design, molding technology, and screw technology. Each of the six motors turn
on and off in synchronized harmony through the course of each cycle.

Five point clamping mechanism
Five point double toggle clamping mechanism
provides for a highly rigid clamp mechanism. Uses extra wide double cam
follower to support moving platen and protect platen from deflection.

Less stress on injection mechanism
Injection mechanism uses a four guide bar system
easing the ball screw work load.

Automatic lubrication
Maintenance free operation with lubrication of
toggle pins, ball screws and tie bar bushings.

(lights out) operation.
