Binary Injection

Thermoset
Barrel temperature is controlled by the
use of low maintenance aluminum cooling bands and commericially available water
temperature control units. The barrel and model temperature are maintained by
the machine diagnostics, ensuring a consistent condition of the melted resins.

moisture, volatile material and monomer. Decreases mold deposits. Improves part

MOLDLYZER
Moldlyzer
is a computer program in the Injectvisor V10 control that continuously samples
the hydraulic pressure during injection and compares the actual data to a Model
Curve to determine part quality. The Model Curve is set by the operator based
on a curve established by an acceptable part.
