· INJECTVISOR V21 control system
High resolution, active matrix, full color TFT liquid crystal display, fully programmable with touch screen accessibility. Dual language (English/Spanish) with interchangeable capability. User friendly, multifunctional with graphic displays of production parameters and performance. Programmed for unmanned (lights out) operation.
· Ultra-fast processor
High speed microprocessor provides for highly stabilized, consistent and precise molding operation.
· Optical linear scales
Increases molding consistency (fewer rejects) and allows for tighter tolerances. Position sensing accuracy to 0.001mm (0.00004in.) for the injection screw and clamp unit.
· Eject on the fly
Reduces cycle time by ejecting the molded parts during mold opening. Automatic hydraulic part ejection for improved productivity with programmable speed and pressure control, multi-stroke ejection and try again circuitry. 
· Injection unit swivel device  
Power operated for easy inspection and changing of screw and barrel.
· Easy mold change  
Long stroke clamping mechanism (no spacer required) and the automatic operation of mold changing position function of the V10 controller makes for the easy, quick and reliable changing of molds.

· Exclusive Hydromatch pump system
System utilizes a series of different sized fixed volume pumps to control oil usage saving energy and minimizing response time to injection speeds. Helps assure superior accuracy of injection speeds and pressures. Continuously cleans oil during operation extending the life of hydraulic components.

· Cycle time loss prevention system
Dry cycle time is dramatically reduced due to greater mold opening/closing speed, a time loss prevention system resulting from the locking and unlocking of the halfnuts during mold opening and closing, and a special brake circuit. 

· Simplified maintenance 
Oil cleaning, automatic lubrication and malfunction detection systems enhance production reliability, and simplify maintenance and inspection operations.

· Centralized control panel 
Conveniently located for complete machine operation from one location. 

· MOLDLYZER part quality control system
Exclusive computer program that continuously samples the hydraulic pressure during injection and compares the actual data to a Model Curve to determine part quality. The Model Curve is based on a curve established by an acceptable part. Use of the MOLDLYZER system assures you of quality part repeatability. It can also monitor cavity pressure with an optional interface. 

· Stainless steel hopper
Easy to clean, non-corrosive stainless steel hopper with material shutoff slide.
