For the first time, you can get all-electric quality for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding. The only differences between these machines and our industry standard AC Servo electric machines are a specially designed screw with a highly precise back flow valve, and a special barrel and cooling bands. In addition, a very accurate temperature module has been added to ensure exact heating of the mold. Much of the quality achieved in LIM is because of the controller. Our Injectvisor V21 controller with laminar flow permits low pressure processing and shot-to-shot weight consistency.
