The ISGT Series machines have been specifically designed for the molding of large parts with accuracy and close tolerance precision. Consistent part quality, molding repeatability and reduced energy usage are a few of the advantages over other types of large part molding machines.

The ISGT Series machines also offer the added benefit of a 2-platen style compact design, saving up to 30% floor space per machine. This allows for much greater efficiency of your facility.

Key features of ISGT Series machines

· INJECTVISOR V21 control system
High resolution, active matrix, full-color TFT liquid crystal display, fully programmable with touch screen accessibility. Dual language (English/Spanish) with interchangeable capability. User-friendly, multifunctional, with graphic displays of production parameters and performance. Programmed for unmanned (lights out) operation.
· Ultra-fast processor
High speed microprocessor provides for highly stabilized, consistent and precision molding operations.
· Optical linear scales
Increases molding consistency (fewer rejects) and allows for tighter tolerances. Position sensing accuracy to 0.001mm (0.00004in.) for the injection screw and 0.01mm(0.0004in) for the clamp unit.
· E
ject on the fly
Reduces cycle time by ejecting the products during mold open. Automatic hydraulic part ejection for improved productivity with programmable speed and pressure control, multi-stroke ejection and try again circuitry.

· Injection swivel device
Power operated. Provides easy inspection of screw and barrel. 
· DBG screw  
Unique barrier design provides for stable melt temperatures. Helps keep productivity at the highest level.

· Automatic lubrication
Clamp locking mechanism,bushings and support shoes are automatically lubricated.
· Stainless steel hopper

Easy to clean, non-corrosive stainless steel hopper with material shutoff slide.
· MOLDLYZER part quality control system
Exclusive computer program that continuously samples the pressure during injection and compares the actual data to a Model Curve to determine part quality. The Model Curve is based on a curve established by an acceptable part. Use of the MOLDLYZER system assures you of quality part repeatability. It can also monitor cavity pressure with an opional interface.
