ISGS SERIES: DESIGNED FOR PRECISION MOLDING OF MEDIUM TO LARGE PARTS
The ISGS Series machines
have been specially designed for the molding of medium to large sized parts,
and large multi-cavity tooling. They take up to 15% less floor space offering
greater efficiency for your facility. The new design includes features to
reduce energy usage, saving significant operating dollars. The clamp prefill
mechanism has been redesigned to increase the cycle speed, allowing for greater
productivity. The numerical closed loop hydraulic system precisely controls the
clamp movement, locks the pressure in the clamp cylinder for reduced energy
consumption, independently controls injection and clamp pressures, and provides
precision control of injection speeds and pressures.
These machines have
been built to meet the requirements of very intricate close tolerance molded
parts in a large variety of materials. They are built with extreme rigidity,
and offer exclusive screw designs. The ISGS Series machines will provide your

consistency (fewer rejects) and allows for tighter tolerances. Position sensing
accuracy to 0.001mm (0.00004in.) for the injection screw and 0.01mm(0.0004in)

on the fly
Reduces cycle time by ejecting the products during mold open. Automatic
hydraulic part ejection for improved productivity with programmable speed and
pressure control, multi-stroke ejection and try again circuitry.

screw Unique barrier design provides for stable melt temperatures. Helps

Easy to clean,
non-corrosive stainless steel hopper with material shutoff slide. · Moldlyzer
part quality control system
Exclusive computer program that continuously samples the hydraulic pressure
during injection and compares the actual data to a Model Curve to determine
part quality. The Model Curve is based on a curve established by an acceptable
part. Use of the Moldlyzer system assures you of quality part repeatability. It
can also monitor cavity pressure with an opional interface.
