The ISG250N injection molding machine features wider platens and increased tie-bar spacing to allow you to run larger molds on a smaller machine. It has also been redesigned with a longer clampstoke and increased ejector stroke to provide for deeper molds.

In addition, the ISG250N machine have an all new servo-hydraulic system to provide faster, but smooth clamp speeds for high speed, short cycle molding.

· Injection swivel device
Provides easier inspection of screw and barrel.
· DBG screws

High resolution, active matrix, 256 color TFT liquid crystal display, fully programmable with touch screen accessibility. High speed microprocessor(200 nano-seconds) provides highly stabilized, consistent and percise molding operations. Dual language (English/Spanish) with interchangeable capability. User friendly, multi-functional, controllers provide percise data, programming for unmanned (lights out) operation.

· Part ejector
Automatic hydraulic part ejection for improved productivity with programmable speed and pressure control, multi stroke ejection and try again circuit.
· Numerical closed loop servo-control
All new closed loop servo-pump hydraulic system with a variable volume pump package provides very smooth clamp movement to allow the machine to operate at faster closing speeds without jeopardizing smooth operation.
· Optical Linear scales
Increases molding consistency (fewer rejects) and allows for tighter part tolerances. Position sensing accuracy to 0.001mm (0.00004in). Optical scales are used to sense the position of both the clamp and injection screw.
· Wide platens
With the exception of the 90 ton, all models have two inch wider platens which allow for wider tie bar spacing to accommodate larger molds. Longer clamp stroke and increase ejector allows for the molding of larger parts on smaller tonnage machines.
