CL-S series

The CL-S seriesare basic-type new machines responsive to the today's user needs. TOSHIBA MACHHINE's unique high-performance injection system and the high-accuracy machine structure assure quality production even for complex shaped and/or thin walled parts. The excellent operability and the high-quality machine structure make the most of the machine performance. 

CL-T series

The design of the DC-CL-T machines was conducted having a main theme: how to link the results of the newest technology and research from the manufacturer to the benefit of the machine user. A high performance machine is joined together with an advanced controller to further increase the quality and the productivity.

Acceleration time adjustments for low speed and high speed, as standard equipment

Acceleration times can be freely adjusted, not to mention low speed and high speed adjustments. The air entrapment in the plunger sleeve can be restrained to the minimum by adjusting the low speed acceleration time.

 

 

Completely independent control of injection speed and pressure

The injection speed and pressure can be adjusted independently thanks to the two-cylinder injection system developed by TOSHIBA MACHINE. This system greatly contributes to the performance of molten metal filling and improvement of internal quality.
