Die Casting Machine Line ranges from 135 to 3500 tons clamping force and can be equipped with a servo injection system capable of injecting almost any casting material before solidification.  With injection speeds up to 13m/s, Toshiba Machine offers one of the quickest injection systems on the market.

TOSCAST 888 is our newest controller sold as a standard option on our R-Series machines. Utilizing touch screen technology, users are able to quickly perform many production duties from one location.  Monitors not only the injection process, but the entire machine.


Turn Key System - Not only does Toshiba Machine offer an unmistakably reliable fully automated machine, Toshiba Machine also engineers and manufactures its own ladling units, spray and extractor robots and plunger lubrication units, incorporated into one controller.
