All include classroom presentations, machine demos and hands-on learning. PNA - V50 Controller Class
Location: Chicago Training Center
Start Date: 01/22/2019 End Date: 01/23/2019 Fees: $350.00

PNA - EC Maintenance Class
Location: Chicago Training Center
Start Date: 01/24/2019 End Date: 01/25/2019 Fees: $350.00
 This is a two-day class and the attendee must have a basic understanding of the Toshiba EC All-Electric machines.  Details of machine parameters, requirements for proper machine upkeep, and review of control functions will be presented.  A Toshiba All-Electric  machine will be used in process demonstration in conjunction with classroom training.  Click  here to download the class synopsis

Paulson ProMolder 2 Class
Location: California Training Center
Start Date: 02/18/2019 End Date: 02/22/2019 Fees: $2295.00
 This five-day ProMolder 2 advanced injection molding course is designed to develop injection molding experts by providing classroom knowledge, computer simulation, and hands-on molding experience.  This course is vendor neutral.  Paulson teaches processing "from the plastic's point of view".  Whether you use Scientific Molding or DeCoupled Molding™ or a hybrid system in your plant, this course will dramatically increase your results.  Click  here to download the class synopsis

RJG - Systematic Molding Class
Location: Chicago Training Center

 This is a three-day introduction course for those who want to develop a systematic approach to molding at their facility FROM THE PLASTIC'S POINT OF VIEW (as opposed to the traditional machine's point of view).  This course will provide students with a better understanding of how to develop a machine independent process, how to make data-driven improvements to existing processes, as well as how to effectively troubleshoot using scientific approaches.  Click  here to download the class synopsis

Paulson ProMolder 1 Class
Location: Chicago Training Center
Start Date: 04/15/2019 End Date: 04/18/2019 Fees: $1695.00
 This four-day hands-on injection molding course is designed for anyone who wants to learn and understand the structure and application of scientific injection molding or who wants a scientific background of the injection molding process.  There are no pre-requisites for this course and it will cover various topics such as basic types of plastic structure, primary plastic processing variables, basic principles of polymer behavior, etc.  There will be a written test at the end of this course for certification.  Click  here to download the class synopsis
